We carry out full overhauls of many different pumps, from a variety of manufacturers, at our purpose built workshop in Colchester.

For an AGM Pump Services Overhaul, you can expect to receive the following:

· All wearable parts such as bearings and seals are replaced with new items,

· A new pump shaft and/or impellers are replaced where required,

· All stainless steel parts are cleaned and, where appropriate, degreased,

· All corrosion and old paint on the cast iron components is removed by bead blasting,

· New motor bearings are fitted and, during test, winding resistance, current and voltage checks are carried out. Minor damage to the outer casing, fan cover or terminal box is also rectified,

· Following re-assembly, the completed pump is tested for flow and performance,

· The complete pump and motor is then resprayed.

· A new serial plate is attached to the pump confirming the pump has been overhauled and is covered by a six month warranty period (subject to the AGM Pump Services Ltd Warranty Statement). Longer periods of warranty are available on application.
